To be a star, you must shine your own light, follow your own path, and don't worry about the darkness, for that is when the stars shine brightest. -Unknown

Loop de Loop

Materials:
  • 1/4"& 1/8" Grosgrain & Satin ribbon (different colors & patterns)
  • French clip barrette
  • lighter
  • hot glue gin and glue sticks
  • floral wire
  • scissors

This loopy bow is the first bow that I've made that I think will look good in my munchkins' hair. Those who know her, know that she doesn't have much... so a small bow is what she needs. The loopy bow includes both Satin and Grograin ribbon (Yellow w/ white polka dots, Green, White,  Yellow,  and  what I am calling Magenta ).  I used a smaller french clip  barrette but will experiment with a larger clips so that I can have more loops.

I used two tutorials to guide me. I am falling in love more and more with Girly Things. The other which was quite useful was Scribd. There suggestion to line the inside of the clip made it look very neat!

I was happy to find another 365 blog, A Rabbit A Day. Very creative and worth taking a look at.
