The Flower Starburst bow is a combination of 3/8" grosgrain ribbon. I made two layers of the bow and added a flower button to the center. I placed the clip on a double prong alligator clip. This way it can be attached to the hair or hat or a headband. Although it doesn't have any distinguishing features of love, I would place this in my Valentine's Day selection.
(Ribbon colors- shade of pink, Fuchsia with white polka dots.)
